The successful reconstruction has on the one hand added a touch of class to this place but on the other still keeps the unforgettable atmosphere of the Grand Café. There are not too many places like the Imperial in Prague.
The new Imperial will much improve the quality of food and service at all levels, and will make every guest feel comfortable and relaxed. The new interior furnishings add a great deal to the guests’ comfort, while our bar and kitchen will do their best to make every visit a memorable experience.
The kitchen, run by our experienced executive chef, Zdenek Pohlreich, a well-known chef from Prague culinary scene, and his carefully selected team, will look after every customer’s needs.
Be it breakfast, lunch, or afternoon tea for a private party, our staff will take care of every detail. The menu is a blend of Czech cuisine, international hits, and some of the chef’s signature dishes. The selection is more than satisfying for everybody and is obviously regularly enhanced by seasonal offers. Pricing is very reasonable and fair.
